Samantha Madera's return to the professional world is certainly exciting news. After dedicating nearly two decades to the 5-star hotel and restaurant industry in New York City, she took some time away to start a family with her husband Michael Madera. Now, she's making a triumphant comeback in her career as co-founder of JIC Appliance Care. Samantha also fufills the roll of Customer Relations Liaison for JIC Appliance Care. She will serve as the point person for VIP customers and estate/home management companies.

Samantha's role will involve maintaining constant communication and follow-up with these valuable clients. Her extensive experience in the hospitality industry will likely serve her well in this new capacity, as her background in providing top-notch service will undoubtedly translate into creating a positive experience for JIC Appliance Care’s high-profile clientele.
